How to add my game to the registry?
In order to activate Software TnL for your game. Download addgame.reg. Save it on your desktop. Right click it and choose EDIT. Now replace game.exe with the name of executable of you desired game (for example quake.exe). Save changes. Now double click on addgame.reg and add it to the registry. Try to run your game. DO NOT DELETE THE TILDA SYMBOL ( ~ ) it has to stay there.

What does it do?
It activates Software TnL (also called SW) in order to run some games which require Hardware TnL. Now you won't have to run 3DAnalyze with "Emulate HW caps” option.

What does it improve once you addgame.reg to your games?

Well, since 3DA is not running behind, the fps increases in some games. Not all but most. It will also, once again. Have similar results as 3DA.


Do I have to do it every time I reinstall the drivers?
No – usually the values You have added stay in the registry even after reinstallation

Do I have to add my games one by one?
No – just add more lines to addgame.reg (Copy paste the line with game.exe)

OK. Go to start menu, choose RUN and type REGEDIT, now navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0000 and see for yourself.

Hey! It's working worse that it did before your stupid reg file!
No problem

Just replace “1” with “0” and HW for your game will work again:
"~quake.exe"=dword:00000000

You can also add your games upon driver setup – open the inf file in GRAPHICS folder and find a section with game executables and just add your games there. Good Luck
